Lois Elaine Corbin Stone, age 67, passed to our Lord on November 20th, 2023, following a long and courageously fought battle with cancer. Lois was the wife of William Stone, with whom she shared 20 beautiful years of marriage and life together.

Born in Washington DC, Lois was the daughter of David and Gloria Corbin. She was preceded in passing by her sister Gloria and Brother David.

Lois attended Suitland Highschool MD and worked in many professional roles during her career. She was a talented in all aspects of life, was an accomplished pianist, and a dedicated Mary Kay representative. Above all, Lois believed in helping and enriching others, especially women, and was active in supporting community groups such as Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership, and OCJ Kids.

She is survived by her husband, William, four children and their spouses: Daughter Mariam and her husband Mark Jagodzinski; Son Doug Werner and his wife Whitney; Daughter Rachel and her husband Bryan Woodruff; and son Christopher Stone and his wife Ashley. She was also Nana to her eight grandchildren, who were the love of her life: Madelyn, Morghan, Kaylee, Colin, Evie, Olivia, Brooks and one on the way. She is also survived by her sister Mariam Douglas as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday, January 12th, 2024, at 10 AM with reception to follow. Services will be at La Casa De Christo Lutheran Church, 6300 East Bell Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85254.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the MaryKayAsh foundation which supports cancer research and ending domestic violence against women. Donations may also be made to Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership (H.E.L.P) or OCJ Kids organizations.
